Our business consists of 2 segments: "Shareholder Management Platform Business" and "Advertising Business." In our core Shareholder Management Platform Business, we have built a unique information infrastructure connecting institutional investors, individual investors, and listed companies. We digitally connect IR information, shareholder data, proxy voting, and shareholder benefits to support constructive dialogue between companies and investors. We also organically link data and know-how accumulated through each service to contribute to corporate value enhancement. Furthermore, in addition to shareholder management with high security and transparency using blockchain technology, we are advancing the development of "IR-port," a tool for information structuring and story building support using AI, evolving into a service that consistently supports everything from information disclosure to dialogue. By designing systems based on the number of shares held and the holding period, we support the increase of mid- to long-term shareholders and the improvement of shareholder engagement.
