14 Value Creation Model As the "information infrastructure for capital markets," we connect listed companies with institutional and individual investors to support constructive dialogue. Through our unique platform, we promote the flow of individual financial assets from "savings to investment." We also support the optimization of shareholder composition, DX of IR/SR activities, and the sophistication of information disclosure, thereby contributing to corporate value enhancement and the development of sustainable capital markets. Our Business Model We operate the shareholder management platform business and the advertising business. Our core service, Premium Yutai Club, combines point-based shareholder benefits with the digitization of shareholder information. It enables two-way communication between companies and shareholders and the electronic provision of statutory documents. Our revenue structure is centered on recurring system usage fees and shareholder benefit point usage fees. Additionally, we provide IR-navi for institutional investors, Premium Yutai Club PORTAL for consolidated use of benefit points, and sustainability solutions to support the production of integrated reports and disclosure of sustainability information. We support corporate IR/SR activities from both information infrastructure and content perspectives. Through these services, we build a stable revenue base and contribute to increasing corporate value and vitalizing the capital market.
