WILLs Co-Creation Platform Concept We aim to evolve into a Co-Creation Platform that links IR-port, the Premium Yutai Club, and IR-navi to provide end-to-end support from generating corporate value creation stories to disseminating them to individual and institutional investors, as well as facilitating dialogue and strengthening engagement. By integrating touchpoints between companies and investors digitally and deepening mutual understanding, we contribute to the appropriate evaluation of corporate value and the formation of an efficient capital market. Delivering Value Creation Stories to Capital Markets The "Co-Creation Platform Concept" is our long-term vision to enhance information dissemination and investor dialogue, starting with a company's value creation story. We build stories incorporating investor perspectives using IR-port and deliver them to capital markets as integrated reports and IR content. Furthermore, through Premium Yutai Club, IR-navi, and the new IR-navi, we expand touchpoints with individual, domestic institutional, and overseas institutional investors. We utilize investor interests and issues identified through dialogue for future information dissemination. We will evolve into an information infrastructure for capital markets that supports fair value formation by helping companies and investors share value creation stories and deepen their mutual understanding of corporate value. 6
