5 Long-term Vision Toward Information Infrastructure for Capital Markets With the slogan "MAXIMIZE CORPORATE VALUE," we serve as "information infrastructure for capital markets" connecting listed companies and investors, with a mission to support the realization of an efficient capital market and the maximization of corporate value. We aim for a world where issuers and investors worldwide exchange information beyond time and space through a digital platform, forming fair value. An efficient market provides companies with smooth fundraising for growth and investors with opportunities for asset formation. Furthermore, our raison d'etre is to implement a "cycle" in the capital market where profits generated by companies are returned as dividends, shareholder benefits, and social contributions through technological innovation. Looking toward the milestone of 10 billion yen in Net Sales in fiscal 2030, we continue to challenge ourselves to form an ideal capital market where all market participants, from individual to institutional investors, support corporate growth and enjoy prosperity together. Long-term Vision and Strategic Framework Solving Social Issues and Value Provided For the sustainable growth of the Japanese economy, it is crucial to circulate household financial assets, which amount to 2,286 trillion yen (*), into the capital market as growth capital for companies. To address the national challenge of "shifting from savings to investment," we provide the following 4 values through our platform that connects companies with the capital market. - 1. Expansion of the capital market through the revitalization of investment We promote individual investor participation in the market through "Premium Yutai Club" and "Digital Yutai Club," contributing to the expansion of investment opportunities and improved market liquidity. - 2. Correction of information asymmetry and fair price formation We reduce the information gap between companies and investors through "IR-navi," sustainability disclosure support, and AI-powered "IR-port," supporting transparent information distribution and appropriate corporate valuation. - 3. Sophistication of dialogue with stakeholders We promote the DX of general shareholders' meetings and IR/SR activities through digital solutions such as "WILLsVote," supporting constructive dialogue and long-term trust between companies and shareholders/investors. - 4. Enhancement of sustainable corporate value We support the sophistication of integrated reports and sustainability information disclosure, encouraging corporate management that integrates economic and social values, thereby contributing to mid- to long-term corporate value enhancement.
