Business Overview Shareholder Management Platform Business We provide unique services integrating a platform connecting companies and investors as "information infrastructure for capital markets" with content conveying corporate value. Targeting the IR/SR support market and sustainability disclosure support market, we serve corporate planning, IR, sustainability, and general affairs departments. We support everything from information disclosure to shareholder management and investor dialogue, contributing to enhanced corporate value and efficient, transparent capital markets. Major Products and Services In the information infrastructure area, "IR-navi" creates starting points for dialogue with institutional investors, while "Premium Yutai Club" and "Premium Yutai Club PORTAL" support continuous relationships with individual shareholders. "WILLsVote" promotes DX in shareholder meeting operations through electronic voting. In the content area, in addition to supporting integrated reports and sustainability information disclosure, we enhance value creation story building, information dissemination, and investor dialogue through AI-powered "IR-port." Furthermore, we develop new services such as "Premium Yutai Club Furusato Nozei" and "Digital Yutai Club," advancing the value of our platform connecting companies and investors.
