4 Our History Business Development Since Founding We were established in October 2004 with the philosophy of "contributing to the realization of an efficient capital market and the maximization of corporate value by connecting listed companies and investors." In 2005, we released the IR support tool "IR-navi," promoting the digitalization of IR operations, which were primarily analog. In 2015, we launched the "Premium Yutai Club" to enhance engagement with individual shareholders, and in 2017, we changed our trade name to WILLs Inc. In 2018, we established a unique business model that integrates platforms and content production through a business integration with an IR support company strong in IR/ESG communication. In 2019, we listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers (currently Growth Market) and have developed services that promote DX in the capital market, such as the electronic voting platform "WILLsVote" and virtual shareholder meeting support services. We are currently accelerating our evolution into a platform that enhances dialogue with investors by developing the AI-powered "IR-port" and the next-generation "IR-navi." Listing Message at TSE Arrows Listed on TSE Growth Market in 2019 (Code: 4482) Episodes [2004-2010: Creation of the IR Platform] Aiming to transform IR operations, which were predominantly analog, we released the institutional investor marketing platform "IR-navi" in 2005. We built our business foundation by enabling information dissemination and shareholder analysis using an investor database, providing the new value of "visualizing investors." [2011-2018: Establishment of Shareholder Engagement Foundation] In 2015, we launched the "Premium Yutai Club." By combining a point-based shareholder benefit program with the digitalization of shareholders, we realized continuous communication with shareholders. Furthermore, in 2018, we built a unique service structure that integrates IR platforms with integrated reports and ESG communication through a business integration with an IR support company strong in content. [2019-2024: Expansion of Platform Functions] Following our listing on the TSE Mothers (currently Growth Market) in 2019, we launched the electronic voting platform "WILLsVote" and virtual shareholder meeting support services. Leveraging the demand for digitalization caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, these services evolved to contribute to strengthening governance and improving shareholder convenience. [2025-Present: Evolution to Next-Generation Platform with AI] In addition to enhancing "IR-navi," we are promoting the development of the AI-powered dialogue support tool "IR-port." We are building a next-generation platform that supports everything from structuring disclosure information to content generation and enhancing dialogue with investors, further accelerating digital transformation in the capital market.
